Our Stock Status Accuracy
We would like to assure all our customers that if a piano is listed to be "In Stock",
the piano is actually in stock! Contrary to what all online vendors do, we have a
warehouse where we stock all our pianos. We do not ship our pianos directly from Schoenhut.
We buy our pianos from Schoenhut months in advance and store them locally in our warehouse.
Therefore if you buy a piano from us, you should be rest assured that you will actually receive
it! You will never receive an email from us informing you that your order has been cancelled
and that the piano is currently "Out of Stock". The only email that you will receive is one informing you that
your order has shipped!
When a piano gets out of stock from our store, we change it immediately to be listed as "Out Of Stock" and we
disable the ability for anybody to buy it.
